Sentosa Island
I decided to spend my whole second day in Sentosa. The hostel has a free breakfast in their living room which composed of toast, some spread and even some cereals. It might not be much but it's enough to give you the energy you need to start the day.
There are different ways to enter Sentosa Island but the one I took is through Sentosa Boardwalk. You can enjoy the scenic view while walking but don't worry about getting tired, there are walkalators there. The usual fee is to enter here 1 SGD but it's currently free till December 2015.
Since I still have 2 out of the 3 passes, I went ahead to the Skyline Luge which was heavily recommended by a friend. It's a must do in Sentosa! It's pretty much downhill ride using a luge which is like a sled with wheels. Sadly I forgot to take a picture of it. Oh well...
The Water World show was worth the wait. The set was amazing and so was the actors. Everything in this show is very realistic especially the explosions. You can even feel the heat from it. There were jet skis, an airboat, and even a plane! The props also deserves praise. Expect to be splashed with water when you sit near the set. This is a must not miss when you go here.
After dinner I went ahead and tried a Mango Ice Kachang. It's basically shaved ice with puréed mango, milk, and red monggo beans. It actually was a tasty treat and a perfect way to cool off.

What a colorful living room! |
Universal Studios Singapore
First thing I did was look for the entrance to Universal Studio Singapore and line up for a ticket. The tickets costs 74 SGD but I managed to get a discount so all I had to pay 67 SGD! I went there on a Wednesday so there wasn't a lot of people.
Some rides has a single rider line which lets you pass the other people because you'll serve as a seat filler.
Thanks to not reading any warnings, I was taken by surprise when I found out that this was a roller coaster ride just as we made our first plunge.
S.E.A. Aquarium
After lunch I went outside to visit the the S.E.A. Aquarium in Sentosa. Sentosa offers packages for their attractions which actually saves you a lot of money. I got the Play 3 Day Fun Pass which will cost you 44 SGD. If you add 2 SGD you'll be able to enter the Typhoon Theater which simulates the experience of being in a boat during a storm.
TIP: I got a 10 SGD off voucher for Universal Studios Singapore after entering the exhibit. You might want to go here first before entering USS. Try to take your time to enjoy the whole aquarium. It's really worth your time.
This animatronic face on the boat is the first face you'll see as you enter the Maritime Experiental Museum. This floor features the history of Singapore's maritime history.
The aquarium starts at the lower levels. The first thing that would greet you are the sharks. Lots of sharks.

Most of the fishes here are really photogenic. |
You talking to me?! |
You can spend a whole day just staring at this. |
I went back to Universal Studio to roam around while waiting for the Water World show.

Water World
The last thing on my itinerary for today was to watch the Wings Of Time show by the beach. So once again I find myself walking around exploring to kill time.
Wings of Time
One of the best place to catch a sunset in Sentosa |
The Wings Of Time show uses water and projectors to tell a story about a time travelling bird and his two human friends. I used the last one of my pass to see this show. I'm glad that I went to see this because it was something I've never seen before even in the internet. The show starts just as the sun starts to set which makes it more beautiful.
Chinatown
After the show, I took the Sentosa Tram back to Vivo City Mall so that I can take the MRT back to Chinatown. I happen to walk by this Tintin shop which had a huge collection of Tintin memorabilia. They were quite expensive but each one seems to be worth it.
That's day 2 folks!
